International Cat Care

International Cat Care is a charity whose aim is to educate people to understand cats’ individual needs and perspectives, and to act in the interests of each cat’s welfare. This link contains information on how to generally care for cats and how to care for cats with health conditions.

The Kennel Club

The Kennel Club is a UK organisation dedicated to protecting and promoting the health and welfare of all dogs. This link contains some useful information on some health conditions and general care for your dog.

The Rabbit Welfare Associations

The Rabbit Welfare Associations' aim is to improve the health and welfare of domestic rabbits through a combination of campaigning, education and the most up to date advice. This Link will take you to their website where you can find information to be aware of before becoming a rabbit owner, health advice and advice on general care and enrichment.

RSPCA

The RSPCA website contains lots of information on caring for pets however, it also contains advise on what to do should you come across an injured or at risk wildlife animal.

Taking your pet abroad

As the UK has left the EU Pet Passports issued in the UK are no longer valid. In order to take your pet to an EU country you now need to have an Animal Health Certificate, which is valid for a single journey. Please call us for advice if you are planning to travel with your pet, preferably contact us  at least a month before the planned date to leave.

The PCS is our preferred provider for Cremation Services and their website contains information on planning to say goodbye to your beloved pet and details of their services.

The MSD Vet Manual

The MSD Vet Manual is a page providing Veterinary information. This link provides pet owners with advice on home care for their animals, including basic care, medical care and emergency care.
